Gaston County has the perfect recipe for successful remote work: unique co-working spaces, cozy cafés and restaurants with free Wi-Fi, and fun events to look forward to when you’re off the clock.
Though these spaces make for fun ways to diversify your workspace, sometimes you just need to grind. A quiet library or recreational center makes for the perfect place to be productive while working remotely. So if you are looking for a quiet place to work or still find yourself on the waitlist for one of Gaston County’s creative co-working spaces, check out some of these locations for remote work productivity.
Libraries

Libraries make for the perfect remote workspace for a number of reasons. First, every city has a library, so they are easy to find. Second, they offer fast and reliable access to the internet, with both wireless internet access and public computer access. Additionally, books, online databases, and other materials are highly accessible, making libraries the perfect place for research-based projects. Need a printer? Most Gaston County libraries allow you to upload your printable material at home and print it at the library for a small fee.
