The SR2-10S Rotary Paddle Level Switch is a solid material level control device applicable to powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It utilizes a micro motor driving system connected with clutch mechanism. The paddle keeps rotating when no material is present, and stops upon contact while outputting switch signals, making it suitable for industries like chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed and food processing.
工作原理
產(chǎn)品通過永磁電機帶動不銹鋼葉片低速旋轉(zhuǎn)（約1轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘），當(dāng)物料上升至葉片位置時會阻礙旋轉(zhuǎn)，阻力通過傳動軸傳遞至檢測裝置并輸出開關(guān)信號，同時切斷電機電源。物料下降后，葉片依靠彈簧拉力恢復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。針對不同比重物料，可通過調(diào)節(jié)扭力彈簧實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定檢測，比重較大時調(diào)強彈簧拉力，反之調(diào)弱。25
The working principle involves a permanent magnet motor driving stainless steel paddle at low speed (1 RPM). When material rises to paddle position, the rotation resistance triggers detection mechanism to output switch signal and cut off motor power. After material level drops, the spring restores paddle rotation. Torque spring adjustment accommodates materials of different densities - stronger setting for heavier materials and vice versa.
