YB150A/YB150B Zero-Adjustable Precision Pressure Gauge and Vibration-Resistant models are high-accuracy measuring instruments specifically engineered for industrial applications. Featuring precision mechanical construction with premium elastic components, these gauges deliver reliable performance in both laboratory calibration and field measurement scenarios.
The innovative zero-adjustment mechanism enables on-site calibration to compensate for minor deviations caused by environmental variations or extended usage. Equipped with a dual-layer dial and precision hairspring mechanism, the 360° full-scale reading capability achieves a minimum division value of 0.1% FS. The 304 stainless steel enclosure with polymer damping fluid effectively absorbs vibration and pulsation, maintaining pointer stability under dynamic conditions. All wetted parts utilize 316L stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, operating within a temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃.
The vibration-resistant version incorporates multi-layer buffer structures and specialized sealing technology to dissipate mechanical vibration energy. Reinforced features include explosion-proof laminated glass lens and heavy-duty sealing rings, ensuring dependable operation in demanding environments.
